When you can return
You have 3 days from delivery to request a return if any of the following apply:
- ✓ The product arrived damaged or defective
- ✓ We sent the wrong item
- ✓ The product is significantly different from what was described
What we can't take back
A few things aren't eligible for return:
- ✕ Products that have been used
- ✕ Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
- ✕ Products returned without original packaging
- ✕ Clearance or special offer items — unless they arrived damaged
How refunds work
Once we receive and check the returned item, here's what happens:

We inspect the returned product
Usually done within 1–2 working days of receiving it

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days

Money goes back via your original payment method or mobile banking
Shipping charges are non-refundable — unless the mistake was on our end, in which case we cover it.
