Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — free of charge, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Get in touch with us as soon as you can with your order number. Once it's on the way, cancellation isn't possible.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

That's on us — we'll fix it. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We'll walk you through the return from there.
